This Christian Dior top was designed by John Galliano for the Dior F/W 2002 collection. The top features a black knit body, mock turtleneck and cuffs with sheer chiffon creating the upper bodice and bishop sleeves. The chiffon is in a gorgeous playing card pattern and is one that Galliano used in other pieces in this collection.
